Restrictions.

To use the Site, you must be 21 years of age or older, the legal drinking age in the state of Virginia. If you are not of legal drinking age, please exit this Site immediately.

All wines are sold in Virginia, and title passes to the buyer in Virginia. Wines can not be shipped or imported into any other state outside of VA. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wines. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. WINES MAY BE SOLD ONLY TO PERSONS WHO ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. BY PLACING YOUR ORDER, YOU REPRESENT TO US THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. When your wine is delivered to you, you maybe required to show identification proving that you are at least 21 years old. All orders legally require: Drivers License, Military, Passport, or State ID.
