Note: You must be 21 years of age or older to Host, Sample, or Order from Virginia Wine Tastings. The products marketed by Virginia Wine Tastings contain wine (alcoholic beverage) products. You must be 21 years of age or older to request at at-home wine tasting or to place an order for a wine product. Similarly, the recipient of your wine product order must be 21 years of age or older to accept delivery. By placing your request for a wine product you certify under penalty of law that you and the intended recipient are at least 21 years of age. Any willful misrepresentation of your, or the recipient's age, in order to unlawfully obtain alcoholic beverage is a crime and Virginia Wine Tastings LLC will cooperate with authorities to prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. THESE TERMS OF USE APPLY TO ALL FACETS OF THE COMPANY INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE INTERNET, TELEPHONE, CATALOG, RADIO, TELEVISION, MOBILE DEVICES, AND IN PERSON. Privacy Virginia Wine Tastings values our customer relationships, our customers' privacy, and we take special care to maintain your trust. We keep all our customer information confidential. We do not sell, share, or rent any information to third parties. We may email or mail our catalog to our customers in an effort to present new selections, and/or inform customers of upcoming events we believe would be of interest. Security When you place an order online, your personal information and credit card information are encrypted using SSL encryption technology while being transferred between vawinetastings.com and Google Checkout. If you prefer not to enter your credit card online, you may place your order by phone by calling 571-358-WINE (9463). Cookies Why does this site use cookies? The cookies are used to track what you put into the "shopping cart", and simply makes shopping easier. Credit card numbers are never stored in cookies. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee and Shipping Policy If you are not 100% satisfied with our wines or our service, call us immediately and let us know. We work hard to make sure that you enjoy the quality wine experience you deserve. If you are not happy with your purchase, contact 571-358-WINE (9463) or email kelly@vawinetastings.com within 14 days of receipt. Exchanges In most cases we will arrange to the have the product picked up by our shipper and we will ship out your new product upon receipt. You will be billed shipping charges for both the return shipment and shipping of the new product. Any claims related to incorrect shipments or damaged product must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Shipping Discounts and Promotions Shipping discounts and promotions are not applicable to reshipments or exchanges. Returns and Refusals If you wish to return a product or refuse delivery of a shipment, your account will be credited upon receipt of the returned items less the original and return shipping cost. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you wish to have the shipment sent out again to the same or different address, applicable shipping rates will apply. Re-route A $15 re-routing fee will be billed to a customer per package that needs to be re-routed to a different address while in transit. Refunds Credit card refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process dependent upon your financial institutions processing policy. Check refunds will usually be processed by Virginia Wine Tastings within 10 business days and then mailed via USPS. Service Limitations Service is limited to the state of Virginia. Age Policy All wines are sold in Virginia, and title passes to the buyer in Virginia. Wines can not be shipped or imported into any other state outside of VA. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wines. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. WINES MAY BE SOLD ONLY TO PERSONS WHO ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. BY PLACING YOUR ORDER, YOU REPRESENT TO US THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. When your wine is delivered to you, you will maybe required to show identification proving that you are at least 21 years old. All orders legally require: Drivers License, Military, Passport, or State ID.
